Database construction

my company needs an easier and more efficent way to update our used equipment site, therefore we are looking for a simple yet nice database to keep track of our inventory. [login to view URL] an example of the way i would like the fields and items to launch is [[login to view URL]][1], he is running static pages, but that is escentially what i want in a database. all i want is 1 main database, with the headings i have on my current website, that will be able to lauch extra info, and a picture in a new window. thats it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform i use windows xp on all my machines.... currently are using [[login to view URL]][2] as our webserver, that can change if neccessary.
