I would like to keep the dialog box at this size or smaller. If there are any technical concerns that would modify the GUI (ie: it needs other controls in order to function etc) we can talk about this in your bid discussion. I want this for personal use. If you develop it you can keep the code, the rights, sell it, whatever you like, I just need it, and need the right coder to create it. I am open to suggestions on cost but as this is a personal project and I'm on a budget, the lowest bid from a reputable coder will likely win the job.
