ATL Event Array Parameter (SafeArray, Array, BSTR)

I want to develop an ATL EXE server (just simple application). I want this server to fire an event (every 4 second) using connecting points to my client applications(MFC EXE / ATL EXE / VB / ASP page). I want to pass a SAFEARRAY and array of BSTR (if possible) as event parameters to my client application (MFC EXE / ATL EXE / VB / ASP page). Attached is the simple application that I have trouble in fire/receive an event to client. The attached application is a ATL EXE Server that i've developed ( I cannot trigger event to client). For every 4 seconds server will fire an event; and this event will be received in client application I want the application to be modified or enhance so it can fire an event with safearray and array (if possible) as a parameters (ATL EXE Server) and at client site (MFC EXE / ATL EXE / VB / ASP page) the safearray/array event parameter can be readed. Server application should contains 3 events : 1) DeviceStatusChanged (SafeArray Param1, SafeArray Param2). 2) DeviceStatusChanged2 (BSTR Param1(), int Param2()). 3) DeviceStatusChanged3 (SafeArray Param1, int Param2()). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) The end result (application and source code) must be based on attached applications; whether enhanced or modified. 5) Documentation explaining about my syntax error in attached application and proposed syntax/solution/correction. 6) The sample client appication should be of type MFC EXE - MDI, ATL EXE, VB 6, and ASP. 7) All specified client types should be able to received and read all of the event parameters. ## Platform MS Visual C++, All windows OS.
