Customer Care IVR Application Flow

I need a simple IVR application flow written for my customer care lines. I have an Intel Dialog/4, 4 port analog voice card, running on a Pentium 3 singleboard industrial racked computer. I will have 4 analog lines running into the machine simultaneously. The application is for a customer care service, whereby customer did not receive their order information via sms. The application process will be: Customer makes telephone call.... IVR application greets client with recorded prompts and requests customer to enter various order information via handset (mobile number, and order code, operator, day of order, problem type ) A query is then sent to a MYSQL database to verify this information and the relevant order information captured and logged. All user & database captured information is then sent via http or email to a web server. The client will then receive a prompt telling them that their support request has been logged and a staff member will be in touch. I will liase with the awarded coder to produce a finalised IVR diagram. This project is just for the flow design only ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows NT or 2000 Pentium3 single board computer with Intel Dialog/4 voice board (half size ISA) 4 analog phone lines Flow to be designed for the above spec
