Data Encryption and Password Protection Software

The software I need to be built is a a folder lock/encryption program. The following functionalities will need to be in place. 1) When the program is first installed, the user will be prompted for a master password. This master password will be required to access the system administration screen detailed in #5. 2) The ability to encrypt files, folders, or drives via a context menu in windows explorer. 3) The ability to password protect files, folders, or drives via a context menu in windows explorer. 4) The ability to shred files using the latest DoD delete standards. 5) There will be a system administration screen that will allow the user to view all locked, encrypted, or password protected folders.
