C# Wrapper for unmanaged DLL

I need a C# wrapper for some functions in an unmanaged 32bit DLL. This will require calling functions where some of the input parameters are structures. These structures, besides having basic types like int and booleans, also contain pointers to byte arrays which may or may not be modified by the called function. The structures will also contain function pointers to callback functions which must be supported on the C# side. There are appoximately 8-10 functions, 2-3 structures, 2-3 enumerations, and 1-2 callbacks to be implmeneted in the C# wrapper. ## Deliverables 1) .NET class written in C# that will act as a wrapper class for an unmanaged 32bit DLL for which I will provide function declarations and data types. 2) All function parameters must be supported and properly implemented. 3) All callback functions must also be supported and properly implemented. 4) All enumerations must also be supported and properly implemented. 5) Complete and fully-functional and documented source code in C# of all work done. 6) Code must pass tests run in our test environment. 7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP/2000
