C++ modify XML to make one request instead of many requests

I want the attached project to me modified to make one request with multipule packages instead of multipule requests with one package. The output XML needs to remain in the same format as it currently is. I think the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files are the only ones that need to be modified.
