ColdFusion database - Moodle integration

We currently have a Student Management System built in ColdFusion ([login to view URL]). It runs on an MS SQL Server database. Our system mainly handles traditional instructor-led/classroom learning. We now would like to integrate our database with Moodle to allow our clients to use the power of Moodle to create and deploy e-Learning programs. Our clients are training businesses who offer training and development services to their clients (students). A key requirement is the ability for single sign on authentication by students through our aXcelerate management system through to Moodle. We require the skills of an experienced web developer who has both ColdFusion experience and understands the APIs of Moodle so that we can achieve our integration goal for e-Learning provision through aXcelerate.
