ASP IN/OUT Web Board

We need a web based in/out board for our employees. The board should be asp.net, with a MSSQL or Access backend (to be discussed). Board should include: Name In Comment (Drop down quick comment feature) Out Comment (Drop down quick comment feature) Message Type in message and post with update The pages will be open on each workstation, and should refresh every 3 minutes. The page should have a full view of who is in, who is out, and what comments/messages associated with each employee is. Employees should have a very easy, non protected page for updating if they are in or out. I do not want to use user names or passwords to control this. All fields should be updateable, including adding new users through some sort of easy admin panel. I will provide a company logo, and expect that site will be completely documented, and bug free. Site will be installed on IIS 6.0. MS SQL 2005 is installed on Server, but would entertain Access if it would make better sense. In/Out graphics or colors should be clear, concise and easy to use. No complicated menus, just an intuitive experience. Fully functional using either IE 6 or 7, and Mozilla Firefox. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0 MS SQL 2005 for workgroups IE 6 or 7 Mozilla Firefox
