Complete Site - Popularity Ranking Site (For People)

This is a fairly simple popularity ranking site. A user sees three pictures of people and has to rank them 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The system then generates a ranking for everyone and declares the popularity rankings for the day/week/all-time. Required: database design graphic design logo design (simple) basic messaging system I want the site to look cool and load really fast. Please submit some samples of others sites you have designed with your bid. Detailed specifications of exactly what I need can be found in the attached word documents. I would like this job done ASAP and as cheap as possible. Please let me know how soon you can have it done. Please bid early as I would like to end the bidding early and get someone started right away. There will be additions to the site needed down the road. Please also let me know what sort of rate you would charge for future work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site must be optimized to run on servers at: <[login to view URL]>
