Conversion Of Vbulletion Ushop (repost)(repost)

I need a Fully Functional Mod for my Ipb Board. The project is to completely modify/convert the Vbulletion Ushop and U cash along with any related 'U' series Modification which for any reason i have failed to mention here. It should be able to integrate and Work Fully into ipb board. I need complete and all the functions of Ushop, U cash and all its related items to work perfectally with Invision Power Board. Also they must be open to De bug the modification code and make it functional properly in case after installation any problem ocurrs.
