Database

I work for a very small non-profit organization with a VERY limited budget. We need someone to create a database that would allow visitors to our website to choose parameters that would eventually yield a list of summer camp's contact information. Ideally, we would also be able to track if the visitor contacted the camp and if the person was hired for a position. I know NOTHING about computer stuff but my boyfriend is a web designer and he highly recommended this site. I look forward to your bids and any advice you might have. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I have no idea. We would want to include the database on our website so we would want it to function on as many platforms as possible.
