AS3 Coders wanted

We have preference (but not a requirement) for persons near Chandigarh, India, Dhaka Bangladesh, or Cairo, Egypt. If you are an experienced ActionScript coder (note we want to find coders; not necessarily artists) who can commit on a freelance basis to work full time or a significant number of hours per week for the next 5 months, please send a proposed monthly fee and several examples of past work. If proposing part time, specify hours per week that you will commit. This is a serious proposal request. I conduct a considerable amount of work through RAC, and as you can see I have very high ratings as a buyer. This RFP is for one month of your work as per the terms that you specify. If the work is satisfactory we would continue month-to-month. We have two ongoing projects: one is an eLearning system that includes whiteboard, slide presentation, chat, and video over IP. The other is an animated avatar-based tutorial system. note: Full-time really is "full time"; no other side projects would be allowed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ActionScript Version 3
