Designer for logo and site template

I require a designer to make a logo, a GIF banner, and a site template for an upcoming site called, "Medical Research Network." Designers without ratings are welcome to bid. Only bidders that include a portfolio or samples of their work will be considered. Otherwise, DO NOT BID! Knowledge of Flash 5 and PHP is an asset but not necessary. MSN IM or ICQ is a must. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Logo must be in 300 dpi TIFF for print and JPG or GIF format for Web. Template must be editable in Frontpage 2000. Flash FLAs must be included with SWFs. You must release the copyrights for all works requested.
