Affiliate landing and data collection page

THERE'S A QUESTION EMBEDDED IN THIS PROJECT DESCRIPTION. PLEASE START YOUR PROPOSAL WITH THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION. THAT WAY I'LL KNOW WHETHER YOU READ THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION FULLY OR NOT. OK, let's start with what I don't want. I do not want or need a total affiliate management package. I've tried Post Affiliate Pro and it didn't meet my requirements. This is a small, simple project involving one single web page which has a hyperlink which brings people to it, data coming in, automatic data collection and then is redirected to another page. If it works correctly for one project, then the successful bidder will be back to repeat the process for another project. I don't mind how you approach this problem, but I know enough about HTML, ASP, PHP and SQL to know if the solution you are proposing is over-the-top, and I want you to explain exactly how you would approach the problem in top-down design level in your proposal. If you don't, I'll ask once, give you one chance to reply and then discard you if you don't. To put it another way, don't try to be too clever or try to pull the wool over my eyes. I want a simple solution. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I am shortly publishing an e-book (recently compiled by freelancer.com member Judgemel to my complete satisfaction - his second job for me), initially on Amazon Kindle, then on other outlets, and eventually to glossy large format high quality hard copy "coffee table book" format. The e-book is intended to stimulate interest amongst prospective clients worldwide and to do that I want to offer freelancers on this site the chance to promote the e-book and make affiliate commission. This is how I see it being done: 1. Create target="_blank" code that will be installed on the affiliate's web page which collects the affiliate's ID code, and the IP address of the person who clicks on the hyperlink. I will do the layout and content refinement myself. Your job is primarily setting up the data collection; 2. Create a simple page which I can install on my PHP website which takes the affiliate's code, the user's IP address, the date and time the page was opened (in GMT) and stores that data in a table along with a simple decode of the IP address's location by city and country at least, or a more tightly defined location if possible. The table will be on my server. I will give you the directory path later. 3. Create a simple FTP driven piece of code to go on my Windows 8.1 laptop which downloads that table in a readable (preferably Excel .xls NOT .xlsx) format once a day at 0600 GMT (or as soon as I start up the laptop thereafter) and opens it ready for me to view.
