Credit Card Reader and Validator

I have a small home-run busines, which i am trying to expand. I am now taking payments via credit/debit cards and i require a program to check these details in order to prevent fraudulent transactions! I have a card reader, which connects through a serial port to my terminal. I need a program that will work with this machine to check the details on the credit/debit card to see if they are correct. A program that will read any and all types of magnetic strips on cards not just credit/debit cards would be ideal. I need the program to read the entire contents of the strip, such as the card name and number to check to see if it is the same as what is printed on the front of the card! The reason i ask for this program is that i have taken payments from customers over the phone and these transactions have come back to be fraudulent, such as the card has been reported stolen. I have lost alot of money by doing this! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) To be fully compatible with the credit card reader (magnetic strip reader), by connection through the 9 pin serial port. ## Platform To run completly with the card reader on Windows XP!
