Develop Joomla website for humanitarian professional assoc.

We are an individual membership association for humanitarian professionals committed to increase humanitarian effectiveness. We are looking to increase our presence on the web, to better serve our public and to integrate the management tools for our online professional certification courses. The management tools are intended to assist students, administrators, and programme managers to access information about the Programme at each stage of the student’s life cycle with the Programme. To achieve these goals we are willing to use the following tools: • Joomla 1.5 latest available version at the time of bidding. • Community builder, to register and manage the community, with a need to create additional user fields and some additional tools, for management and reporting purposes, see below. • Web site Template will be provided by the Hirer, and will be either a genuine Rocket theme template or a community builder one. • phpBB3 to act as the web site forum, bridge must be setup for CB user to have their login working with phpBB3, it will also be set with some minimum forum fields. the forum will use a different sql database than Joomla • Joomfish set for English, French and Spanish and working in Joomla and all add-on • GCalendar to manage calendar and events We would like to complete the project by 31 March, 2010.
