CentOs Web/Mysql/PHP Server Performance Tunning

Hello, I find some linux guy who can tunning my server to get the best performance (Currently server load is go high) . My server stored 3 website it's [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] all of it using php , perl with mysql for database . My server specification is Server Brand : Dell R200 Server CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3220 @ 2.40GHz (Quad Core) Server Memory : 8GB DDRII Main OS : SSD Raid 0 + 1 Image & Cover : USB SSD OS : CentOS 5.5 64bit You can see wensite stat at [login to view URL] : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] : [login to view URL] This's what I want 1. Apache tunning or change to other software like lighttpd or nginx but after change it should be work with my current script. 2. Mysql tunning 3. PHP code tunning . I think some part of my php code is not good and maybe it will make mysql slow so I want you to tunning it too. 4. Install monitoring software to proof that your tunning is work and better than before you do. 5. Other recommend or advise for me like change hardware or other else. 6. Please let me know about your payment term too . Like pay all before project start , pay partial and see the result , or pay after project is finish . 7. Long term support is accept .
