Hey,
This project is about getting info that a user inputs to echo exactly the same, even when they input an apostrophe.
Currently if a user types in the word: principal's
the page echoes principal\'s
TASK - This needs to be fixed, so with all fields on the page, what a user inputs is exactly what is echoed.
To get a better idea of this project, go to:
Enter quiz id 82 and press submit, then click on the hyperlink and you'll go to <[login to view URL]>
This is the file that needs to be edited ([login to view URL] - attached)
If you type in anything with an apostrophe in either the firstname, lastname, class or any of the answer fields, when you press submit, you'll get a backslash before the apostrophe.
Consequently, you'll get a wrong answer, because the correct answer might be say "principal's", and when you type that in, as mentioned before, "principal\'s" is instead displayed.
This needs to be rectified so whatever is inputted is echoed exactly.
All relevant files and sql dumps attached, though the only one that needs editng is [login to view URL]
