Aweber data to entellium CRM daily automation

I have 2 databases that can easily be accessed anywhere online. My contacts? enter their info via a webform into Aweber.com. This info can be exported. This info needs to be uploaded to an entellium Rave CRM (database) frequently (At least daily). When I say uploaded, I mean it can go through their upload a .csv feature, or the info can be entered as a new contact after logging into the application (I think this method would be better). This must be completely automated - no people to screw it up.? (if absolutely necessary, someone could initiate it daily).
