Clone of Spreadshirt website

I need a website created that will have the same functionality of the site Spreadshirt.com. We will need the ability to sell pre-designed apparel on the website as well as the ability for people to upload their own designs and add their own text to the apparel items as well. As a second phase of the project, we will want to allow other companies to have their own site to sell apparel on. I'll need a separate price quote for this portion of the project.
