Convert Forum from phpBB v3.0.x to Vbulletin 3.8x

I have a small forum that is running phpBB 3.0.x However I would like to convert this into vBulletin 3.8.x I have tried using vbulletins ImpEX, But either im doing it incorrectly or impex does not correctly support the conversion. I managed to get the users to import, It also said that the forums & posts had imported but when I checked they were no where to be seen. Im looking for someone experienced with both phpBB & vBulletin, that has done this type of conversion before. If you have NOT done this before, please do NOT bid.
