Create new SQL table

I am looking for a new table to be created on my zen cart database. The information on the table will include: customers_id customers_firstname customers_lastname customers_email_address products_name products_model customers_newsletter So, in the future when a customer enters their details during account creation and checkout the relevant fields in the new table will be completed. Once the new table has been created I would like the relevant exisiting information from the database copied into the new table.
