A PHP website with admin panel

Hi There I Need to recreate my website to have it in php with an admin control panel the web site is already designed in html .. which is not practical when editing. it's a "watch TV" website .. what is needed is to have it by free membership the admin can control members / see IP / ban by IP The admin can Add / remove / Edit channels When adding channels, the admin can just choose between Ading the code from [login to view URL] [login to view URL] rtmp codes / mms / silverlight or rstp streams The admin can Add / Remove / Edit Ad zones The Admin can Edit the Home page The chat box have to be associated with the username of the memberships , and Admin can define moderators for the chat. the logos and design will be provieded, u can see the current site at [login to view URL]
