CURL / PHP script modification

I'm in need of someone who can modify an existing PHP script I had made. The script uses PHP and CURL. What the script does is takes a user's <form method="post"> data entered on my webpage and enters it into another website with the same fields. I'm wanting it to use randomly chosen private proxies for doing this now so a single IP is not used for every user who enters the data. I will supply a list of private proxies for the script to use. I am also wanting some other smaller modifications made to the script as well. However I will pay for any other modifications after the this first one is completed and paid for.
