Develop a small CRM application

Develop a small and simple CRM application that will be able to collect and store data from different datasources, MYSQL/MSACCESS and to pull data from an Invoice application ([login to view URL]). A search form to make it possible to find data and to show the result in tables or other useful way. The result can for example be information about the customer, invoices made or orders made(products, date or other data). From there a link to the application will make it possible to go directly to the original data. Link would work for web based application but not for a Windows program (FDT), then information about how to find the data in FDT will be shown. This might change later on, depending of what solution FDT can provide. Required functions: - Secure login form with fields: userid, username, password - Startpage, overview of new incoming data. Presented in sortable tables with pagination, statistic graphs, important numbers and other useful data - Searchpage, forms with datafields and search button. To be able to search in the data for; customer numbers, invoice number, names and other attributes - Resultpage, show found data in a well presented sortable table with pagination, graphics or other lists with links to the original data in the other webapplications. The result might be grouped depending on their sources - Settingspage, settings for the applications, datasources, external connections, smtp, email address to specific admins or users or (maybe) targeted reports (schedule work for example schedule a report to be sent every night at 11:00 to a specific email address) Other requirement: * Design, simple and clean design adjustable to big and smaller screens - Good if it work on iPad or similar - Also good if it works on an iPhone/Smartphone (not required at the moment) * Standard PHP, CSS3/HTML5 programming * Sourcecode have to be well documented * Sign NDS agreement * Secure programming in regards that all form-get and input values has to be cleaned from SQL injection or other hacking techniques * A system log, access logg and search log * Usage statistics * Add/remove/edit users and password * Usertypes; Superusers, Admins and normal users
