Design Filemaker Pro CRM and DBA - repost

Design Filemaker Pro CRM for business with DBA for website. Our business is a website that advertises products from various small business manufacturers. We need a CRM and DBA developed from Filemaker Pro to manage everything from sales leads to product info in the website. One platform for everything. The CRM must be very user friendly and the DBA must be very very secure. I am looking for an expert in Filemaker Pro to design and build a CRM / DBA app from Filemaker Pro for our sales team. We will purchase Filemaker Pro Server edition. This CRM app will be used for tracking leads and sales calls. Once the sale is made, the salesperson will record the sale with this CRM and enter in the customer info and their products into the dba to be displayed on the website. It must operate efficiently. Security is very important. A customer payment page should also be in the CRM. Salespeople will only have access to their sales and customer contacts. Our customers should be able to login to the website and access their "profile page" (via CMS) to make changes to their product descriptions and company info. Only executives will have full access to the database. Our sales leads contact info is currently in excel format. Our sales process if very simple. We have a large list of leads and each lead is assigned to one salesperson. The sales person will call the lead, take notes in the CRM, conduct follow up calls, send pdf files and videos to the lead and close the sale. Once the sale is conducted, the salesperson will send a link to the customer, the customer will complete the online form and then upload product info and images to the website. Each customer will have a "profile page" and each of their products will have a "product detail page". Product images will be displayed in different sizes. Please try to install an image resizer. And CRM must also manage usernames and passwords. The salesperson will get credit card payment info from the customer and enter it into the payment API in the CRM. There will be 4 levels of access to the CRM/DBA. This CRM/DBA must be very secure, easy to use, reliable and bug-free. All of our data is currently organized in excel. This CRM must be able to handle a lot of data and images. We currently have 100,000 sales leads and 10,000 customers with 100,000 products. You will be responsible for integration into our website. We will provide a link to the website. Filemaker Pro Server edition will be installed on the company server. You must also recommend the best method for user access. Should the salesperson access it directly from the server or will each user need it installed on their computer? We are on a tight budget and prefer not to pay a license for each user, please tell us the best way to do this. You will have up to 2 weeks to complete this project.
