Access database conversion

I have an three access databases which I need to convert from Office 97 to Office XP. When I tried to convert them I received the following error message "The current user account does not have permission to convert or enable this database". Now these database were all created using workgroups and the creator of the databases is no longer and no one has full access to them. Now I took ownership of the database and tried to convert them but I still receive the same error message. I need somone to help me convert them or to show me how to fix this problem. Is their a way to overwrite the 97 security features and convert to office xp? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
