We are a small company offering educational services to kindergartens and primary schools. We want an Avatar Generator which could automatically generates an Avatar based on the photo provided. + File format: stand-alone .exe program + Operating system: Windows 2000/XP + Input: photo of a person in .jpg, .gif, and .bmp format of any size. There should be 3 options for south park characters to be chosen. Input pic shall be a close-up of the face. + Output: an Avatar in its original format and size. File format gif.
