Banner Replacer and Popunder Advertising Software (Executable)

I need an executable windows application that once installs replaces all banners on webpages with banners I specify in the software admininstration. It should automatically replace the popular sized banners, based on the image size (468x60, 120x600, etc). The software should popunder a window after the user visits a set number of websites. I need a web based admin panel (php) where I can specify the different banner sizes to replace, by entering a height and width. I also need to be able to upload different banners and linking URL's. This can be done by specifying the banner URL, clickthrough URL, and banner size from a dropdown menu. The banner size will be selected so the software knows what size banner it should replace with (ie. replacing a 468x60 banner with another 468x60 banner). In the admin I also need to be able to "weight" the banners, so they display based on how I weight them. Like if I weight banner #1 50%, it will display half the time. This should also be seperated by banner size. So I weight the different sized banners seperately. In the admin there should also be a section where I specify the popunder URL's and weight them. I also need to be able to specify a number, for how often the popunders should be triggered. Installation 2 ways. #1: "Install on Demand" - I need this software to be able to be installed on demand in IE. Which means when a user visits a webpage an IE window should ask them to install the software. #2: Regular EXE installation - I need an exe installable file for this software. This software should run very discretely. Meaning it should not appear in the task bar, or the toolbar, or leave any noticable trace it was installed on the users computer. This software must be designed so it can EASILY be bundled with other programs. It also must be designed to it can easily be updated and expanded. IT MUST BE VERY RELIABLE! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
