Creat IP Address Managment Tool

I work for a company the sells construction information to a collection of subscribing customers. Our data is ported to them as they request it from our centralized server. We are looking for a way to dynamically generate several hundred IP addresses so that we can monitor the web traffic for each customer seperately. We would need approximately 200 IP addresses operating in parrallell at any given moment. Our current internet service provider only provides us with 5 IP addresses. We think that there may be some way to generate more IP addresses than we currrently have. We believe the answer may be to use some type of a proxy server. We are not very familiar with networking so we need someone who is very profficient in this area. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
