Simple Media Upload Page

I need to have a simple page to upload media files then be able to see a link to the file directly and not to a download page to be able to send the link to Blackberry devices, so download link or download button or conversion is not required please i need to upload files, see the link of the file beside the file, and be able to send it to my email main point it has to be sent through the blackberry my site is [login to view URL] and it is a boonex site, if you can do the function then i dont care if i will remove the whole boonex thing
