ActiveX Browser Upload

I'm looking for an image upload ActiveX control that operates within an IE browser similar to the iPIX Rimfire ActiveX Control used on eBay that creates a box that you click on to select a picture on your computer, then it displays in the box and allows you to crop by dragging the corners of the picture and rotate the picture by clicking.
