Cacls list program

Please program the following for me in an executable or vbscript. I enter the following command: listcacls "C:\Documents and Settings" The result must be: C:\Documents and Settings;PC\Administrators;PC\Everyone;PC\Power Users;PC\System;PC\Users;DOMAIN\Users The following command switches must be made: --exclude-domain --exclude-group We would like to use this in a domain to list permissions on a network location.
