Clone Site Builder

I need an exact clone of the Website Builder software called Page Devil. You can download their demo at [login to view URL] The software must have all the same features, be setup in a way that additional modules can be added easily once new features are developed... basically an autoupdate type feature so that all current customer would get the updates. The software must check to verify that the domain where the customer wants to publish the site is hosted on my server, to prevent people from downloading the software and using it on other servers or hosts. Program must look professional (look at Page Devil) for an idea of what I am looking for. I am looking for same or better quality product with same or better functionality. The software must operate exactly like the Page Devil software with the above additions. The software must be able to publish to any type of web server, independently of the OS or Control Panel system used on them. With the software I must receive a tool that will allow me to re-brand it and modify critical settings, just like the company selling the Page Devil software offers. I am planning on reselling this product and also use it on some of my servers, so before payment is made, I have to see a 100% functinal and 100% bug free version. If you already have a similar program, i am interested in looking at it and consider it, instead of a custom build. Other similar programs are offered by Yahoo Site Builder and [login to view URL] I will retain all copyrights of the final product and the chosen programmer will receive all projects to update, modify that will be necessary thorugh time. The software must be delivered with all source file, source code and documentation. I have too many programs built and the programmer disapeared on me. If this is a problem, don't bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Software must install and work on MS Windows OS. 98 / ME / NT / XP / 2000 and newer.
