Delphi 5 printing routine for dBase file

We are working around a new version of our software, that will be distributed in september/october 2003. We need a Delphi developer, that must work with us in order to develope an interface to some dBase files. The interface, simply must print the data on paper (following the details required in some standard modules) and must handle some requirements (like move some records to the end of the prints, or avoid to prints some records). Our developing system is Delphi 5, due to a big number of bought components for our new version, we cannot use Delphi 6 or 7.
