**_Dial Out on Modem Ring_** I'm looking for a small utility that will reside in the windows system tray that will monitor the computer’s modem for an incoming PSTN ring signal. Once a ring is detected, the application will dial, using a predetermined number to connect to an ISP to establish an Internet Connection. The application will then sense the present of an Internet connection and launch one or more predetermined windows applications. **Feature Summary ** 1. Small memory and system resource usage 2. Clean and professional looking GUI 3. System Tray resident while monitoring 4. Ability to specify the number of rings or before dial out is activated (ie: 1 ring only, 2 rings or less, 3 rings or less) 5. Ability to specify the ISP number to dial 6. Ability to disable call waiting when dialling out 7. Ability to specify number of dial retries to ISP if first attempt fails 8. Ability to send IP address external (via email or some other means) 9. Ability to Login to a specified Windows XP Profile 10. Ability to specific up to 10 applications to run when a Internet Connect is confirmed active. 11. System Log including Activation Ring & Connection to ISP date, time, duration and errors 12. Written for Windows 98x, Win2K & WinXP 13. Windows System Service (If it can be easily implemented) 14.
