basic PHP with MySQL database(repost)

-GUI designed in PHP -MySQL database that will store information in a table format. -I should be able to add/remove/edit this information.? -There will be a login screen. -Simple enough for someone who is not computer-literate to use. I would like if it included drop-down boxes, etc. to make it even easier for the staff who are going to be using it. ## Deliverables I really do need it delivered on time.
