Blowfish Encryption project

Do you blowfish skills? I need to hear from you. Please tell me what work you have done and send feedback on what your skills are (out of 10) in the following languages: VB6, PHP, mySQL, C++, JAVA, ASP. I am looking for a team of people to implement variable length encryption across a number of platforms. By rating your skills (be honest please) I will find it easier to assess your suitability for the many projects I require completed.
