Database Project for Ecommerce Startup

Summary We run a subscription ecommerce company and we want to be able to track all our customers and their associated information in one place. Customers sign up for our service online, give us their billing info, shipping info, upload pictures and complete a style survey. Requirements * Maintain basic customer info: customer name, billing address (street address, city, state, zip, country), shipping address (street address, city, state, zip, country), phone number and email address (today, we use getshopped wordpress plugin) * Maintain login info: customer user name and password * Maintain uploaded pictures for each customer (today, we use a picture uploader from a Wordpress plugin and those pictures are emailed to us) * Maintain survey results for each customer (today, we use SurveyGizmo ([[login to view URL]][1]) to collect the responses. * Maintain items shipped to each customer and the status of each item (item name, size, price, status) * We'd like to be able to view the results via a secure web page where we can login and see the results Notes * We'd like to explore using a 3rd party CRM software where we can leverage some of their tools. You opinion on this would be great. * Our whole system is based on wordpress, so familiarity with that and a plugin that might work would be great.
