Create a Python Action for Odoo V8

I currently have an Odoo V8 setup and need a Python action written. We are accepting surveys (Survey A) through our website as applications for a competition. Survey A is used to collect information on applicants. Once Survey A is received we would like to automatically duplicate an existing survey (Survey B). Survey B will be used as a form to evaluate information collected on Survey A. So, Survey A is our "Application Form", and Survey B is our "Evaluation Form". Review: Application form (Survey A) is filled out on our website > Survey A is submitted > Evaluation Form (Survey B) is automatically duplicated. Each time Survey A is submitted, Survey B is duplicated. If there are 10 submissions to Survey A, there should be 10 duplicates of Survey B. All we require is a simple Python code (1-2 lines) to accomplish this task.
