We have a project in django that parses through some files. We usually get the files in a format [login to view URL] where we use the parts to identify different aspects. We are getting files from a new provider that are in a slightly different format like so [login to view URL] We need to check which file we are getting, DEX or Nayax and use the filename to insert correctly into the database. This is a simple project, but we no longer have anyone on staff that does python.

I have a solid experience handling files in python and saving them accordingly in database. Your case seems simple to solve applying regex(regular expressions) to classify the files source and then handle the paths and insert them in your database.
