I need a content management system that will have the following modules12-13: Intake, Lead, Training, Quality Assurance, Other Data, Resource Database, Scheduler, Notice Board, Report, Policy, Human Resource, and Security level to users based on modules. All this will be on the server, but everyone will be able to access it online via the server.
In a nutshell, users will have an account. Their account will have varying level of access. Based on their access, they will login to the system and will only be able to access the lead they are assigned to.
Here is a sample scenario: the manager will add a leads, and assign individual leads to employees. The employees will logon and see only the lead assigned to them. They employee will be able to add notes about the lead and the time they spent with the lead, and the kind of interaction they had.
The training module will have webinars or articles that employees can read, and they will also have to take a quiz at the end. Webinars can be uploaded from the server.
The Quality Assurance module will have surveys that can be created and sent out.
This should give you a rough idea of what I need. I prefer not to share details just yet. I have all the diagrams for the modules etc. I am also going to need instructions to deploy this.
