Back office/front office Database creating and manager for printing company, with client lists, orders (printing workflow) and budgeting quote. Possibility to add clients, add orders to clients and budget requests to clients, plus pdf printing generator and e-mailing. Project functions: Needs to have a simple and automated back office/front office (simple tickers choose and/or drop down options). Create clients. Create clients budget requests with price and work details. Create client orders. Always have the possibility to Generate PDF file for printing and e-mail. Add different users with different access level. Needs to be able to print client lists, order lists and budget requests. Needs to be able to access all history client orders and budget requests. All orders and budget request should have our logo and contact info. Please read all description on attached PDF file. Client logo will be sent to you as soon as project starts. Project can be delivered in English, but needs to have the possibility to be translated by us to portuguese.
