DLE SQL queries using 100% of CPU and Memory on webserver

First Job is to fix up the SQL queries being done by DLE which are causing the web server to use 100% of resources and lockup. I am running DLE (Data Life Engine CMS) version 8. The problem showed up after transferring to a new web host. It probably has not been setup properly. You can update it to later version as part of the fix as well. Later on i'll need some assistance with configuring the site. But first the aim is just to have it run smoothly. Please post/PM any question you need to ask. Work needs to begin in the next few days. You must be experienced with DLE to do this job.
