DataBase Driven Templates

DataBase Driven Website I have several websites that i want to convert to a database driven system. Take a look at this site ( see attached file ) These sites list degree programs in different categories and provide information about online colleges that offer particular programs. These sites are currently being build manually where each page is build in dreamweaver individually. I need a database system where i can enter all the courses, descriptions, images, links etc and then they are automatically added to the correct pages in the template/site. So, if i want to add a new college offering say “accounting degree??, i could place the info into the database and then it would appear on the accounting degree page etc. I must be able to keep the existing page filenames, they are well indexed in the search engines. I prefer to be able to gradually change over the site if possible, ie add new pages ( database driven) to the site and slowly update the existing pages if possible. I prefer to have a template system that i can edit in dreamweaver. My current sites use different templates for the different categories in the top menus. I then want to use this system/software for my other sites also, so it must be able to be reused. The system must be very robust. I can add the new pages manually, ie i don’t need the system to auto generate the menus and the pages etc. My main requirement is to be able to pull the data from the database for the fields within my template for topic of the particular page. Let me know what you suggest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Must work with sites hosted on linux/unix servers.
