Add Multiple Instances to software and change style sheets (1708232)

We have the source for a program written in [login to view URL] and C#. The program as it stands only allows one instance of the program. We want it so there can be an umlimited number of accounts. As each new company sets up their account they will be able to login in using all the features under a separate instance. If you can all of the information can be in 1 database using the source rather than setting up a new database for each new company using the program. We have also changed some of the design on the pages. There are several features like video recorder and our Live Video Connector which we do with a hyperlink to another page so no programming for this, just a place holder for it. We have done the pages we want to change in psd's. All of the pages would require our header and footer as well, even if there is no changes to the page. The person we're looking for would need to convert the pages to the new style into the existing code. The functionality isn't changing. The attached document has the website where you can see the website. We will provide you with the source code. We need this project as soon as possible.
