I have three txt files and one Mac outlook export file. There are about 10k lines total but only about 750 true contacts. Most of the data is duplicates or corruption.
* Remove all the duplicates
* Keep only first name, last name, email, phone and company data
* All other data needs to be removed
* Any contact that contains veeam needs to be deleted
* If the line is missing name, use the first part of the email as the name
* If the line does not have email or name data delete the line.
* Final txt file to me should be able to be imported into outlook, have a header row of FIRST NAME - LAST NAME - EMAIL - PHONE - COMPANY
This is my expectation on level of effort, you may be more efficient:
* Remove duplicates 2.5 hours
* Combines data 1 hour
* Scrub data 2 hours
* Update data 3 hours
Contact data can not be used for any other purpose and source data must be destroyed after project. <br> **I can not share the files before bidding is complete. However, the files are all properly formatted as CSV or tab/field separated.
