Boosting up gaming server

Dear Vworkers, This is quite an unusual request for this community/website: I am looking for someone to help me boost up a gaming server (Counter-Strike 1.6) in terms of making it more visible to players around the world by any means: fakehlds, redirect servers, boosting in the server list. I am open to any project suggestions. If you make a suggestion please submit a bid amount as well! Thank you!
