Automatic Import Scipts For Magento

I am in need of scripts for Magento version 1.4.2.0 for the following ... Product imports (including custom attributes and tier pricing) Script should be able to update current products and add new products. Customer imports - Script should be able to create new customers and update current customers, including shipping addresses. Passwords will be presented as plain text, so script will need to handle any necessary conversion. Data will be coming from our ERP system, so we have very limited control over field headers. Must be able to map our field names to Magento field names. Files will be in CSV or TAB format. Data files will be delivered to a directory on the web server, for processing by the scripts. Scripts MUST be able to run automatically and require no human intervention to run. Need to complete this project ASAP, Deliverable includes scripts and detailed directions for installation on our web server. Please do not bid unless you have extensive experience with Magento.
